SEO Case Study: Russell Lloyd
In this video, I’m going to show you some “time lapse” real-time searches featuring a friend of mine, Russell Lloyd, that I just started doing some SEO work for.
Raw & Uncut Proof
In the video, you’ll notice that there are frequent screen captures from Time.gov as Google searches are conducted to prove that this is no shell game, bait and switch, or any fancy Photoshop editing going on behind the scenes to make this program more appealing.
This is “uncut” and raw footage to show you how quickly some of the tactics shared in the Search Engine Ninja work.
Below, you’ll see some recent screen captures of where Russell’s site is currently ranking for relative terms to “Louisville divorce lawyer”:

The key with Russell’s site is that we haven’t had to touch his site or anything like that … everything has been hands off. That means Russell doesn’t have to be involved in any technical stuff behind the scenes, and there aren’t any “misunderstandings” that can sometimes happen when an SEO firm has to coordinate things with a web design outfit.
Don’t fall for the web design firm fallacy that says “we do SEO, too.” Web design and solid SEO aren’t always good bed-mates even though it seems as though they ought to be.
